She had a recurring role as Jackie Taylor, mother to Kelly Taylor on the original Beverly Hills, 90210 and reprised her role during the first season of 90210 as mother to Kelly and now teenaged daughter Erin Silver. The character was written out of the series in 2009 when Jackie Taylor died of breast cancer.
